The breath deeply relaxes the physical body and quiets the mind, peeling back the layers of pain and self-judgement, so you can get to the root of your pain. Breathwork is a shortcut on the path of healing, and the health benefits can be experienced immediately. Breathing activates and opens your channels of creativity, reminding you or helping get you closer to your life’s purpose.
