    AND MANY, MANY MORE!

Take a deep breath…

  • Everyone. Breathing is one of the autonomic functions of the human body. To breathe better, is to live better.

  • Yes! There are no contraindications to breathwork, and you are in control the entire time. You can adjust the pace and depth of the breathing to suit your needs, and if at any point the session becomes too intense, you have full control to come out of it.

  • Each person’s experience is different, and each breathing session is different. Many people report feeling a tingling sensation in their body. Some people report visual experiences of seeing lost loved one, spirit guides, or psychedelic images. Many report a strong sensation of their heart opening. People often experience the release of emotions.

  • Personally, I think an in-person session is best to experience breathwork. You can book a session directly through this website.

If you feel more comfortable breathing virtually, attending one of the Tuesday evening group sessions is a great option. Additionally, if you attend any of the day retreats, a full breathwork session with instructions and explanation will be included.

  • During the breathing session you will be laying down, so you’ll want to setup a space where you can lie flat. This can be done on the floor, a couch, bed, etc. You will want to to be laying completely flat vs. having a pillow under your head.

Most people get cold during the breathing so have a blanket nearby.  You will keep your eyes closed during the breathwork...many people find it helpful to use an eye pillow or place a small towel over their eyes.  Opening your eyes during the breathwork will pull you out of the experience.

If attending an in-person breathing session: mats, blankets and eye masks will be provided unless specified otherwise.

If breathing virtually, you may join from your phone or laptop. If joining from your laptop, it’s best to position your camera so I can see you and help guide you through the experience.
